Respect for below recommendations will contribute to preserve our unique areas as well as
possible for all the members of the association and our neighbours'
We recommend
That motorized, noisy tools, e.g. lawnmowers, hedgetrimmers, chain saws' hobby tools and the
like should not be used Sundays or holidays after t2 p'm' ( midday )
That music or the like in the open are not played if it can be inconvenient for neighbours or others
nearby.
That everybody drives slowly and considerately on the roads ( max 20 kmlh speed limit )
That mopets are not driven on the paths and that unnecessarily motoring on the roads and the
common area do not take Place.
That maritime regulations are respected - boat, water ski, jet ski, water scooter. And always show
consideration for bathers, swimmers and residents in the area.
That no waste, rubbish or garden refuse is left anywhere in the area.
That dog owners always bring plastic bags for dog droppings - along roads and on common area'
That the best possible view over The Great Belt tstorebælt) - is ensured'
a: hedges and bushes must be cut before the summer holidays. Vegetation and trees no higher
than 1",80m in order to protect the view over The Great Belt'
b: unnecessary trees and arrangements should be removed - to protect the view'
The above regulations are passed at The General Meeting 25. of May 2013
